Jay Edmond Russ, Esq. is a practicing attorney, healthcare arbitrator, entrepreneur, and is the owner of Jonnat Management Corp., the patent owner. He served for more than two decades on the Boards of Directors of EmblemHealth, Group Health Inc. and ConnectiCare, including Chairmanship of both the Compliance Committee and the Nominating/Governance Committee. For twelve years, Mr. Russ was General Counsel to North American Partners in Anesthesia, LLP, the largest anesthesia and pain management practice in the country.

Mark Gudesblatt, MD
Chief Medical Advisor
Dr. Gudesblatt, the medical director of the Comprehensive MS Care Center at South Shore Neurologic Associates, P.C.(“SSNA”), graduated from Johns Hopkins University as well as from Cornell University Medical College. His postgraduate training included a medical internship and neurologic residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was the Chief Resident, and a Clinical Research fellowship in Neuromuscular Disease. Dr. Gudesblatt is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in the specialty of Neurology, is a diplomate in the American Academy of Pain Management, and has had additional training in Neuro-Rehabilitation. Dr. Gudesblatt acts as a Primary Investigator in SSNA’s Clinical Research department and has authored articles appearing in professional literature on numerous topics, including movement disorders, tumors of the brain and spinal cord, neurologic complications of pregnancy, stroke, familial inheritance of neurologic illness, and multiple sclerosis. Dr. Gudesblatt joined SSNA in 1985.

Reed DeWinter
Design Director
Reed DeWinter is an award-winning industrial designer with 20 years experience researching and developing products for all facets of the human body. A graduate of the acclaimed University of Cincinnati's DAAP program of Industrial Design, Mr. DeWinter worked for a series of consultancies before co-founding Humanfactors Design Works in 2003. As principal industrial designer and project manager, he has helped bring user-centric products to market and develop intellectual property for 2-person startups to multi-national firms, including Stryker Orthopaedics, Philips Healthcare, and Becton Dickinson.
